Summary

A routine commercial HVAC maintenance visit uncovered a hidden electrical hazard in the west unit. The work addressed a pressing safety concern and kept the system running smoothly for the client.

The Work

Cleaned and serviced ductless indoor and outdoor units
Checked system operations, freon levels, and safety controls
Inspected and re-tightened all electrical connections
Found and repaired melted power wires caused by a poor connection
Installed new filters and added condensate tabs to prevent backups

The Outcome

Catching the melted wires early prevented a possible equipment failure and safety issue. After repairs and a full checkup, the system is now operating safely and efficiently. Preventive care like this keeps downtime and surprises to a minimum.
